Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
At KGN ARTS, we strive to provide high-quality home and décor products to our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Policy

Timeframe: You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact.

Exceptions: Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged during transit.

Mandatory Requirement: You must provide an unboxing video and clear images of the received product to process your return request.

Pickup Logistics: Once approved, we will arrange for a courier return pickup. If no courier service is available at your PIN code, it will be your responsibility to safely return the parcel to us through a local courier company.
2. Refund Policy

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on its condition.

Processing Time: If approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be reversed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank).

Return Shipping Deductions: Return pickup courier charges will be deducted from your refund for every return order (charges vary based on the product's weight and size, approximately ₹300 to ₹2000). If you choose to return the parcel to us yourself through a local courier service, no deduction charges will apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: If the payment was made via COD, the refund will be processed via bank transfer. COD handling charges are non-refundable. To initiate a bank transfer, you must provide:

3. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect size, incomplete, or manufacturing defect product, we will gladly offer a free replacement with the right product.

You must contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images and a mandatory unboxing video.

Once verified, we will schedule a return pickup. In case of incomplete items or missing parts, the missing components will be dispatched to you swiftly after verification from our end.
4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you will be required to pay any additional price differences (based on size/color) as well as the return pickup charges.

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting media.

Exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or choose another product of equal value.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Customized, or personalized items (e.g., engraved or name-printed products).

Items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery.

Clearance or sale items (unless they arrived damaged).
6. Cancellation Policy

Within 4 Hours: Customers can request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing the order at no penalty. Cancellations beyond this timeframe cannot be accepted standardly.

Before Dispatch (After 4 Hours): If a cancellation request is accepted after 4 hours but before dispatch, a 20% deduction of the order value will be applied as a restocking/shipping commitment fee, along with a 3% transaction charge for prepaid orders.

Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
7. Custom Product Orders

Custom products include any items created specifically at your request outside of the standard products listed on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for custom orders.

Custom orders are strictly non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable. They will only be replaced if they arrive incorrect or damaged, provided you notify us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receipt.
Important Disclaimers & Customer Responsibility
📌 Artistic Variations: Our products are dedicated home decor and art pieces. Please note that there may be slight variations in looks, handmade strokes, and finishes. Digital screens display colors differently; slight color variations from website images are normal and do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
⚠️ Safe Return Packaging & Transit Risk: When returning an item (whether via our pickup service or your own local courier), it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the items are securely and adequately packed. Upon receipt, the item will undergo a strict quality check. If a product is damaged during its re-shipment to us due to poor packaging or gets lost in transit, no refund will be provided, and the damaged item will be shipped back to you at your risk.
