Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at KGN ARTS. Below are the key terms of our shipping process:

Processing Time: Standard orders are dispatched within 10-15 business days. Custom items Can take 10–15 business days to craft and process.
Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days across India (slightly longer for heavy/bulky items or remote locations).
Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.
COD Orders: Cash on Delivery is available for standard products but requires a quick WhatsApp or phone verification before we ship. COD is not available for custom orders.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us via WhatsApp at +91 7378692713 within 48 hours with a mandatory unboxing video to get a free replacement.
